Crusty on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, Kenny Rogers' renowned corn muffins ($1.20 each) bring back childhood memories for me. Be sure warm these fluffy babies up before tucking in!Speaking of Kenny Rogers', I quite enjoy their tender, meaty pork ribs. The glaze is pretty sweet though (not that I'm complaining haha). I always order their pasta salad and corn-on-the-cob when I dine in. However, I don't find their signature dish- roasted chicken- worthy of particular mention.
I miss Kenny Rogers' old restaurant interior...the brick walls, the rotating roaster... The bright lighting and plastic furnishings that now outfit every outlet feels so tacky in comparison to the cozy, relaxing atmosphere of the past. Sigh, they should have never refurbished theiroutlets.
