Before food is served, diners at each table are invited to partake in a ceremony called BLOSS (BLessing of the Sesame Seeds), in which you are given a set of Japanese mortar and pestle alongside with toasted black and white sesame seeds. All you have to do is to grind the sesame seeds and later sprinkle them onto your food.

Enchanted Forest - $13.90
Made of the fresh monkeyhead mushrooms, braised with broccoli and wolfberries and dong guai (a Chinese herb). I particularly liked the chewy texture of the monkeyhead mushrooms. The dong guai had undoubtedly enhanced the flavours, while wolfberries gave a hint of sweetness to the dish.
Taste aside, don't you agree that this is one lovely dish to behold?
Green Earth - $7.50
A simple dish of black and white fungi, and asparagus, lightly stir-fried to retain freshness in each ingredient.
Mango Tofu Cake - $11.90
This dish was a little disappointing as the texture of the toufu was too tough for both of us.
Oliver Twist - $3.90
Another must-try is their olive rice. The rice was chewy and exceptionally fragrant, made even more detectable with the grinded sesame seeds. We also had tried their signature olive brown rice but found that the normal version more to our likings.
Naïve is a French word indicating a lacking of experience, understanding or sophistication.
