Fish & Co is really generous to offer its classic Best Fish and Chips in Town, originally priced at $13.90, for just a dollar.
I doubt this is truly the best fish and chips in town, but it's definitely a decent one. The portion's pretty huge too. It's freshly prepared on the spot, but the 15-minute wait's worth it! It might have taken even longer if Fish & Co's West Coast Plaza outlet wasn't so cozy and kind of quiet as the location of this mall is pretty ulu.
I enjoyed the contrast between the thin and lightly crisp and the flaky, moist interior of the fish, and found the crunchy fries pleasant enough. However, I didn't take to the lemon butter sauce.
