Sapporo Beer (S$7) is quite a popular in Japanese restaurants here in Singapore. Crisp, fresh and light.
Diners can choose to sit around the counter or outside of the restaurant.
For a healthier meal, we had the Organic Salad (S$7) and it is topped with crisp beancurd strips.
Kurobuta Ramen (S$15) - Black pork Ramen, served with a ball of special red miso paste and black garlic oil. The broth here is as creamy and sweet as that from Santouka. A marked improvement from our last visit to the Mandarin Gallery branch. The noodles was really good too.
And I like the interior of Ippudo Tao. Doesn't look like your ordinary ramen shop, and more like a bar or club.
