With the third anniversary of Tom's Palette just round the corner, Chronos, Eunice and team have rolled out three new flavours to commemorate this special occasion. I was lucky enough to bump into their promotional booth at the flea market at Red Dot Traffic last night.
If you have been a supporting fan of Tom's Palette, you may find the new creations quite unusual of what they do. Think along this line, Aussie Merlot, Malibu and Cointreau. But if you think about it, this is hardly surprising, for the couple team have created more than 100 flavours over the years, many simply beyond one's imagination. My favourite goes to 'Melt & Sizzle'. What about you?
Among the three, I liked the Malibu + Brown Sugar Sorbet the most. Flavoured with coconut rum and dark rum, this heavenly sorbet was complete with a light taste of brown sugar sweetness.
The soothing aroma of rum is still lingering on my tastebuds...

Though this space has been hosting weekend flea markets every first Sunday of the month, this collaboration is one of the biggest I have seen in years. With over 70 booths showcasing creative work, design and art, exhibition and live music, it was party all night until 12am.
