Cassia @ Capella Hotel Singapore

Sunday dim sum brunch is usually a crowded affair. Reservations have to be made days in advance, screaming children and noisy atmosphere. But for those who are willing to travel a little bit, Cassia over at Sentosa's Capella Hotel offers a classy and quiet atmosphere.
