View from my seat at the restaurant
Apple and pork soup - you can actually taste the sweetness of the apple in the soup.
The first dish we had was the clam salad which is like a cold dish, marinated with chili, ginger and a bit of lemon juice.
Pork chop with signature sauce
Egg white with truffle oil and scallop with fish roe - truffle oil smell is not too strong and scallop is pan fried just a little bit on the surface to create the extra bite.
Fried rice with seafood
Jelly in young coconut
Mango sago with pomelo
Verdict 4/5
